Join us for Pickle for a Purpose: Rise Together's Pickleball Tournament. On August 24th, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, we're bringing together pickleball enthusiasts for a day of fun and philanthropy where players can showcase their skills and compete for a cause. The tournament will be conducted in a pool play into single elimination format, ensuring an engaging and inclusive experience for all participants, with a 6 game guarantee per team. Games will be played to 15; win by 1. Partners can be any combo (men’s, women’s, mixed). The tournament will be divided into three brackets: Social (3.0-3.5) Competitive (4.0-4.5) Moneyball (5.0+) Whether you're new to the game or a seasoned pro, there's a bracket for you to showcase your skills and compete against players of similar abilities. If you already have the necessary equipment to play pickleball, we encourage you to bring it to the tournament. However, if you don't have any pickleball gear, there's no need to worry! We've got you covered. Each team entry into the tournament includes beer/ wine open bar and food. The winning teams in each bracket will take home the following prizes: Moneyball Bracket: $1,000 cash prize Competitive Bracket: $500 cash prize Social Bracket: $150 cash prize Every registered player will be given the opportunity to join our fundraising competition. Take your participation a step further and help us rally for awareness! Upon registration, you'll receive an email with all the details. If you're not up for playing in the tournament, we'd still love for you to join us as a spectator - entry is free! We will have a food truck & cash bar available. In addition to the tournament, there will be an open-play court, raffle/auction, vendor booths & more. 100% of the funds raised through this event will directly support our mission to empower individuals living in extreme poverty with the tools to build a brighter future.
